WomenOnTheWall.Org and Tea Party Groups Texas demand an END to the practice of Texas Representatives “Pledging” to a Texas House Speaker before the vote is taken at the beginning of each session of the Texas Legislature.    Call it what you will – it is bribery plain and simple and Texans demand more from their elected officials.
